  I am glad you got back to me. We do have to meet and have a chat in the near future. I am very busy with the MMM Challenge, work, and getting my business up to speed. Look into the Challenge for next year. Unbelievable the information and skills I am learning. It is Challenging to say the least though. Not for the faint of heart that's for sure. But wonderful just the same. Gotta run for now. Are you a member of the Beaver County chapter of ACRE? If not you might want to look into this. I'll talk with you more later, I promise.
