  Hello Amos,

  I'm working on a $50k note deal from Pensacola, Fl. I'm waiting on the noteholder to return a filled out info sheet to me. It has a 7% interest rate with interest only payment of $291.67. It has a balloon of $50, 000 due on March 1, 2013. Five payments have been made currently with the next one due on October 1, 2010.
