I'm working on three small deals.
A potential short sale or subject to. They're not late yet but will be making no more payments-he just lost his job.
Two houses on one lot that the owners were rehabbing but ran out of money.
And a property that older folks own free and clear, need lots of work and of course isn't worth what they think it is.
I also just met a guy who says he buys large packages of REO's and sells them for 40-50 cents on the dollar. Haven't seen his list yet-who knows?
We'll see how it goes.
