by Ken 1 year agoChristy, Sorry about the delay in response, haven't been on in a while. We have been active in providing solutions for people in distress, and people that want to be hoemowners again, beginning to market a system of assigning mortgage, a form of owner financing that is a win-win for the seller and buyer. Will put more on my profile later. But interested also and pursuing commercial help for owners and tenants in distress.
About
Christina is truly a Real Estate Investing mom. Her children provide her strength and she gives them a good example to live by. She is a third generation real estate investor. Her mother learned at the feet of her grandparents who owned oil wells in Orange County, CA and Christina learned about rental properties from her Mom. Christina has 10 years of experience managing residential rental properties. She had a real estate license as well. She believes that all of life is a learning opportunity, and has been studying all about real estate investing in depth for at least 5 years. While working a full time job as a project manager for Citigroup and ATT Broadband, she graduated Summa Cum Laude from Regis University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration focusing on International Business and Finance. Christina currently wholesales properties and creates a spread with short sales. Christina only works on deals that are a win for everyone, seller, her and her end buyer. She believes in doing repeat business. She is working on purchasing REO apartment buildings with opportunities for forced appreciation that are 100 units or larger all across the nation. Additionally, she is examining the possibilities of purchasing large office buildings in city centers during the current economic crisis.
