  Hey Jimel, that sure looks like a large mouth bass to me; certainly a keeper. It's been a while since I've had time to fish but once won a trolling motor when I fished a tournament in Tex-Ark in March in a snow mobile suit. LOL. My brother's tournament fish and one has won several boat in the years that he has fished; he once managed the Red Man tournaments. Good luck with your fish finds!

  Hello Rick, thanks for asking. the cold has been keeping the bass from spawning, so it slow now. I`ve been watching the shallows in our development to see when they start moving onto the beds.

  Does anyone have leads on Star Island?? My investor is driving me crazy, for deals down there. Palm Beach,,, no problem,, thats my backyard,, But for what do I know of Star Island !!! Does Madonna still have a home there ??

  strange saturday. I met with a sell to get info on some duplexs. the guy had me riding around for hrs. collecting rents instead of giving me the material I needed. he has plenty of inventory, but wants offers before giving financials. Has anyone been in this situ before ?

  Went fishing yesterday. More less to do paperwork in the park, and make calls. Well a new guy to the park, screamed all the way across the lake holding up a 10 pounder he had caught. I hadn`d heard back from my
  out of town investor, and some guy had my fish. Now I was peeved, but 10 minutes later my investor call. Man, some days are strange.
