  It's not what happens to us that affects us the most , but the continual playing of the event in our minds .
  
  Even though the event may leave scars , we continue to show the wounds to the ones around us ,and when the wound is exposed to air , it takes longer to heal .
  Everything in nature has the natural force to heal , why not us?
