  Hey Phillip! Thank you for the welcome!! I sell residential properties specializing in short sales. I'm not adverse to trying commercial though. It's been brought up to me quite a bit in the last few weeks or so, so I have definitely done some thinking in that arena. As for the bulk REO's, I think we may be able to do some business there! I have several investors I work with across the country. Lots of opportunity there!!

  Sup Philip, when you have a bulk reo deal send me an LOI we could possibly do a joint venture. What are your select markets? My projects are pushing wholesale deals, and rehabbing properties for end users/buyers. I would really like to expand on commercial properties. Like the site…you could probably go outer space if you sleep right not tight get it :) any way have a great one.
