Mr. Zokan at the young age of eighteen completed his Real Estate Education and became a Real Estate sales executive. At the age of 19 he pursued an active interest in commercial Real Estate field with an emphasis on Assisted Living and Restaurant properties. Alex makes sure to give his clients a “wow” experience, by providing them with creative solutions to sell and pursue future ventures. With only a short term in the business, Alex was working and selling multi-million dollar commercial properties including a 524 site Luxury Camp Ground, a 18 Hole Golf Course, and an 32 Bed Assisted Senior Living business. In 2008 he joined D&K Builder’s as Vice President of the Milwaukee based custom residential and light commercial construction firm providing unique building solutions using technology available today to increase energy efficiency with a cost effective low impact on the environment.

In the light of tough economic times, Mr. Zokan is working on refitting the businesses he works in to cater to distressed and REO properties. In September of 2009 he and his company launched the “Neighborhood Rejuvenation Program.” With the intent of rebuilding and investing in his local market he has expanded with his business to give distressed and dilapidated properties a much needed “face lift” to homes and the neighborhood. These houses are completely remodeled and returned to the market in “almost new” condition providing buyers a turn-key home while also improving the values and aesthetics of the surrounding homes. Alex also plans in the near future to expand his residential rebuilding and investing business model into the commercial sector.
