  Stooks: I am the no techie of this group, & a belated welcome to you indeed. Love your energy & enthusiasm keep it going. Up until the last few months I had been heavily involved in the short sale arena & along w/jv partners have completed over 350. However since getting involved in the MMM challenge, I am all in with what we are doing as a group, & being mentored by some of the most stand-up people I have ever met. I will certainly spread the word about what you are seeking & connect you w/ any responses. I know Rick melero will be out in California sometime in Septmember hosting an event & I believe you shuld do everything in your power to make it. I'm sure it will be announced in the near future.
