    What are your Real Estate Interests?
    I'd love to be a full time real estate investor- wholesaling, fixing and flipping, lease options, etc. Long term, I'd like to own commercial property such as mobile home parks and storage units that produce lots of passive income.
    What is your investing Experience?
    I own 1 house which I've been using a lease option strategy to fill for the last 3 years. I became a Realtor last year so I could have have access to better info and have my finger on the pulse of the market.

I live in a small town in NW Ohio. I'm the oldest of six boys. I'm single. I've been drawn to real estate investing since I was 16 and went to my first real estate investing seminar. I read Rich Dad, Poor Dad when I was 20, and it forever changed the way I think about money. Since then I've read just about every book on real estate investing, personal development, marketing, finances, etc. that I can get my hands on. I'm currently a Realtor, but I only became a Realtor because I was hopeful it would help me to reach my end goal of becoming a full time real estate investor.
