  Matt, Great question! To give you a quick summary, I have been coaching now for over 10 years. It started with different groups through church then I began to do it professionally. Since then I have built up years of training and experience in the areas of: Executive, Life, Business, Financial and Wellness Coaching. All told I have coached Professionally (for a fee) over 500 clients and 3,000+ hours with lots great success stories. I can give you more details, but those are the basics.
