Thanks for your comments, he has set up shop with his wife Tracie in Sarasota Florida. We have finally got the authorities attention but he may have out smarted everyone by leaving the country. His company in the US is called DMI Americas Inc. be careful.

My name is David Gonzalez and I work for IBM in east lansing mi. I have been putting buyers and sellers together in the real estate arena for many many years but being honest to a fault, I am an excellent networker but terrible closer.

I have so many real estate contacts to bring to the table for all of you that want to work with me.

I also have "boots on the ground" team in Detroit if anyone would like to play in the Detorit market with 90,000 empty homes. I have a realtor that has lived in Detroit all of his life and I drove thru all the neighborhoods a week or so ago to get a first hand look. There are only a few neighborhoods that you should target in Detroit where the professionals live now.

I also have a very dear friend that has investors buying many houses in Phoenix and Vegas. My good friend , Paul in Scottsdale would love to work with direct investors for deals. Paul is direct to many different real sellers in both the residential and commercial.

I also have a very serious investor in Denver that is buying bank portfolios with his wall street contacts. He was a 30 year turn around corporations before he retired and got into the banks.
