  Oscar I've been so wrapped up in my projects, I haven't reached out. How's the progress on the apartment front? I have several projects I need to get off my plate, but I'll be acquiring apartment assets after that. Probably toward the end of the year. When you see what I'm working on, you'll understand.

  Oscar please forgive me. I saw your post and meant to respond earlier. Right now I'm working on several projects: looking for non-performing commercial notes (have buyer waiting for package), just closed this week on rehab project with partners in Los Angles, working with several new people that want to JV partner with our residential flip business, and working with the MMM Challenge 2 apprentices. I'm just too jammed up right now to get into another apartment project. Things will loosen up in a while. Please let me know how I can assist you.
