Why Cody Wass Will be Chosen as one of the Lucky 36 MMM Students!

By Cody Wass

There are some amazing blogs and stories of others that are applying for this challenge and some fierce competition! J  That being said, It excites me to have the chance to connect with everyone and I KNOW that if I am chosen for this challenge I will be masterminding,  working with, and creating lasting relationships with the “cream of the crop”  35 individuals that have the heart, desire and drive to succeed,  and that is powerful!  Having the mentorship of both Danny and Rick and the 4 directors from the last challenge is invaluable.  I want to thank you all for the opportunity to be a part of this.  I have the upmost gratitude to be working with a group filled with integrity, drive, vision, and a passion to excel in life and create abundant success.  The energy and synergistic effect we will be experiencing with so many “like” minds working together  along with the mentorship and resources  during the next 6 months is going to be life changing!

First I would like to share a little on my background, my passions, etc.    I am 28 years old and grew up in a small town in California called Mariposa.   I was blessed to have two great loving parents that installed solid core values into me at a very young age.    I have always had an entrepreneurial and abundant spirit and wanted to become successful in life.  Real estate investing was the top of a few passions I had an interest in.  I started reading and learning while in High School buying small courses and reading books like “Rich Dad Poor Dad”.  I did not have any big success in the early years of my life but was constantly learning and growing.

I became a Firefighter right out of High School and worked for Cal Fire for 6 years fighting fires all over California.  In 2007 I was offered a Job in Santa Clara City Fire Department and gladly accepted.  Working in the Fire Service has been one of the most rewarding and memorable experiences in my life.  Even though I loved the fire service, I always had a desire inside me to pursue bigger things and passions.  My heart was longing for something more, and I found myself constantly thinking of these other passions of mine.

For the last 5 years I have been actively pursuing different business opportunities, Real Estate investing,  Internet  Marketing, mlm,  Investments,  etc.  I made some minor success in a few areas, but for the majority I Failed big and put myself in extreme debt.   I lost my house to foreclosure, my credit was shot, lost tens of thousands to risky investments,   I had pretty much hit rock bottom, and most would have probably quit after so many failures.   But Over the course of the years I was growing, learning, and going through a personal transformation.  I had reprogramed my mind and did not have the limiting beliefs and thoughts that I had once had.   Because I had such a massive desire to succeed I never quit,  I was constantly studding and learning anything and everything on Mindset, real estate,  law of attraction, success, personal development and Online and Offline Marketing.  I met all sorts of successful people and made many valuable connections and relationships.

With all that said I am going to steal a quote that Arnold Castillo used in his blog and I like…ha-ha thanks buddy!

Jim Rohn wisely said, "It’s not the money that makes the millionaire successful; it’s what he had to become (as a person) to earn a million dollars." If you took the money away from that millionaire, that millionaire would make it back twice as fast as before, because he learned the skill to make it in the first place.

I have the burning desire and I have drive, tenacity and persistence to go above and beyond for this Challenge.  But I also have a lot of other knowledge in real estate investing and Internet marketing so I can pick up things quick.  I am self- motivated, Honest, Reliable, Creative, Team player, Positive, Inspiring, motivating and have integrity.

I have made a lot of connections and a network of resources over the years that may be of benefit.

I honestly can’t wait to meet everyone it is going to be life changing.

I am ready and prepared for this challenge!

I want to THANK YOU all so much for this great opportunity!
