Peaks and Valleys

Good Day to All!
If you are a person who is just starting out in business or has been at it for sometime, you have no doubt had your share of triumphs or defeats. Times when you thought you were at the top of your game or times when you thought it can't get any worse.
My life experiences as a stockbroker, financial advisor, and then in executive management have given me a series of huge successes and periods of gloom and doom. The underlying concept that I always learned was that this is part of the cycle of life. The most successful people in life (whether spiritually or financially) learn this to be evident. How you as a person grow (or not) from this is soley your decision.
I am in the next cycle of growth in my life and I believe I was brought to foster growth not only for me and my family but also for those out there who are taking this challenge. This is the time for those who have the un-ending desire to succeed and this will be truly the highest peak (so far) in their lives.
So the question is: Are you ready to get out of the valley and take the journey to the next summit?
