Why Toshi Endo will be chosen as one of the Lucky 36 MMM Students.

My name is Toshi Endo,  growing up from small, middle class family, I always had been seeking the better place for better future.  Having a lot of hope and expectation, I was eager to learn what this country has to offer.  After I graduated university, I started working international trading company in California.  However, I found myself living in the comfort zone before I knew it, and settling for less than what I had in mind when I first came to this country.   I had been looking for “better things” for many years.  One day, I came across the world of real estate investing.  It fascinated me and discovered that majority of wealthy people used real estate investing as a vehicle for financial freedom. I started out from single family residential property and I have been taking many courses of real estate out there, and I did a few deals here and there, but obviously not yet at the level I want to achieve.   I soon realized learning from someone whom I know actually “doing in the today’s market” is the best and fastest way to reach my goals.

I came across so many presentations of so called gurus and a few of them are really good ones, but there are also plenty of bad ones, they are just information marketers and throwing lot of hypes.  Many conferences and boot camps, and courses are looked pretty much like this:

Incomplete method-Many of the courses taught a TON of theoretical stuff, which was all very interesting, but left you absolutely no step-by-step road map to help you make money. Moreover, they do not share their resources, just sign you up and out-sourcing coaching to someone who are just reading scripts.  They are not available to discuss the deal specific issues.  Just cannot reach them when I need!

Big on promises, shallow on proof- Many investors made money ‘back in the day’ and are now teaching what they did, but they’re not doing it now in the current markets with the present-day challenges. They know what the hot buttons and they are just interested in selling their courses. 

I believe ONE relationship will CHANGE THE ENTIRE THING!!  I understand that there are many people who started with zero, but became super successful.  People talk about developing  character, developing your skill set, master the inner game is the key to success which you can do by your effort.  Yes, those are very important, but there are some factors are absolutely needed to be successful in the field you pursue.  The relationship that is the key to put the puzzles together, this is sort of out of our control and effort.  It is crucial to know the people who have been there, and done that.  They are more likely I do not encounter or associate with our daily life as a regular mid- class family back ground!  That is why it's difficult to meet those key people unless you have some help to access those peoples' circle.  They already have attained success and may not need what I can offer.  I must do something I do not do normally to meet those people.  They say: "When student is ready, the tacher will appear".  I want to get out of this circle and need to recognize the opportunity and grab it.  This MMM well could be my answer.  I just need the chance to work with successful people to get the break through I need as well as I can provide what they need.  Then, I hope one day, I can become the one to guide those who need ONE relationship to break through.  I firmly believe intellectual capials and team of trusted professional are the necessary elements who start out to become successful in the choice of field beside your own hard work and effort.  I would like to give all I have to this opportunity.
