Rules of Thumb

Learning to properly “Filter” a property is probably going to be the biggest time saver you will ever learn, and it can be applied to any kind of real estate investing.

If you're anything like us and our most successful students, you will probably look at as many as 40 or 50 properties before you actually find the right one to mount a bid to raise the money to acquire.  Our “Rules of Thumb” techniques will teach you how to spend 10 to 15 minutes with any property and instantly determine if this property is worthy of any more of your time. These techniques alone will save you endless hours of detail and analysis only to find a property just does not work!!
