Don't Quit

Do you want freedom?
Do you want the ability to do whatever you
want with YOUR time?
Do you want financial success? To never
have to worry about bills.
Do you want your kids to grow up with the
only worry about what they're gonna wear
for school tomorrow?
Answer the simple question of what do you
really want?
For me it was to not have to answer to a
boss every single day.
To create something for myself, for my family
For my kids to grow up with their father and
mother there, at home.
For them not to worry about finances.
To give my kids OPTIONS.
If they want to be a doctor, that's no problem.
If they want to forgo college to go into business
for themselves, to do something they're passionate
about, then I support them 100%.
What I really want is to be able to make an
impact in people's lives, not just my own family
or kids.
If you really want something, that's your desire,
go after it!
You have that desire for a reason (as long as it's
a POSITIVE desire). Were not talking about
negative or immoral desires here.
But about true desires that you've been blessed
with. Desire to be a blessing to others.
Desires to want to help other people.
Desire to provide a great and blessed life
for you and yours.
There's nothing wrong with wanting to be rich
and famous, as long as you wrap that around
something greater.
There's nothing wrong with wanting to be
wealthy as can be, as long as you have a greater
vision than just yourself.
What is it truly that you want?
Once you realize the many things that you want
in life, what are you willing to do to get it!
Are you truly committed to seeing your dreams,
your desires, your visions come to pass?
If a bump in the road comes along, are you willing
to FIGHT it out? Or will just give up like 95% of
people?
If you want to be in the top 5% of achievers in this
country, you'll never quit, EVER!
You'll keep getting back up, you'll keep getting
knocked down, but you'll stand just 1% higher
than you did before.
Business is tough, especially the business of creative
real estate investing, at least at first.
You must work hard.
You must never quit.
You must persevere.
You must get the COURAGE to go after your
dreams.
If you're somebody that is weak, or somebody
who gets offended quickly, you won't make it
in business.
You can change to go from weak to STRONG
and COURAGEOUS, but that will take time.
You must continually work on your inner self.
Your mindset, what you believe to be possible.
Real estate is simply a means to an end.
Many people use creative real estate to go from
nothing, to something, then move on to their
true passion.
Many people use real estate to create empires
and to continue to build upon that empire.
Creative real estate will open many doors for
you, as long as you stay committed.
It might take you 2 weeks to get your first deal!
But it might also take you 6 months to get your
first deal.
Are you willing to stay committed to this process?
If after 1 month and you have yet to see a deal,
but you're working hard, will you quit?
Or will you continue on, busting through that
thick wall to go from 95% of Americans to the
narrow 5% of all top achievers?
The choice is yours.
You have to make that choice in your own mind
before you can succeed in this business.
No mentor, no course, no seminar will make the
choice for you.
It's you and you alone that can make the choice
to stay committed even through the rough battles
of life.
You will get discouraged at times.
You will get frustrated.
You will want to quit.
You will think to yourself, "what's the use".
But that's the time to really push through. To
pick your head up, put your foot down, and
demand what's yours (success)
In those times;
Always remember your why...
Always remember what it is you truly want.
Always think about the after: After you push
through, what's your life going to look like?
After you push through what's your business
going to be like?
After you push through, what's your finances
going to be like?
The answer is, once you push through, you'll
be closer to where you really truly want to be.
It's within reach... For you, for me, for anyone
who....
Stays committed, perseveres, and never, ever
gives up. That's the way the world works.
You can accomplish anything you put your mind
to. Believe it. You're a winner! A Champion! Somebody
that's gonna make waves in this lifetime! I look forward
