i have this idea i know this site that says if i need funding for short sales they will help me out so i'm thinking if i find a buyer i can get one done for instance if i send you a home that you might like it and you give me all the info they ask for could i make money off of it or is there something esle that has to be done i'm going to send you the site to you and see if we or someone esle can make some money
