The Real Deal Orlando Commercial Building Deal.

A couple of months ago I was fortunate to able to see a commercial real estate deal while it was happening.

You may be asking yourself, where at and with whom?

It happened in Orlando, Florida. It happened with our very own Rick Melero & Danny Welsh.

Yes that's right! Rick & Danny took several of us along with them on the actual deal. Can you believe it? People pay thousands for this! I was a middleman for a company that was streaming the event so I had a front row seat.

This is the first time I had ever heard or seen anyone do something like this. I must say that it was state of the art! Live streaming a deal so others could be there...Wow!

There was also straight to the point training going on at this event. There is a time and a place where hand holding is needed and I think this was one of those times and places. In my eyes Rick & Danny are The Cream of the Crop! Sewing their seeds, tending the crops, preparing for the harvest.

To Rick & Danny: You've put a taste in my mouth that I can't nor do I want to remove. I myself and I'm sure there are others, am looking forward to more deals like this and trainings in the near future.

    Thank you Mark. Several people were allowed to come free to that event. People that had impressed us with their desire, or who were helping in some capacity. One gentleman slept in his car because he couldn't afford a hotel.

    We will continue to do more like that. I can't take credit for that idea- although I'm our marketing guy for sure! It was Rick's idea..."what if we held a bootcamp right in the 133,000 square foot building we are currently negotiating to buy?"...the rest of the team figured "why not?"

    I especially loved the caution tape, and the real RAW feeling of being right there in the dust and drywall, overlooking downtown from the 12th floor that is slated for remodeling. It was fun!

    You're very welcome Danny. It was Awesome to say the least. I felt like I was right there. All that was needed was a couple of power tools laying around, lol. Hey I was prepared to do the same thing in Jacksonville, coming up, but Cabo Dave said I could share his room. G-d works in wonderful ways! :-)
