I Am... ABSOLUTELY and totally committed to the MMM Challenge, I acknowledge the fact that no man Is an island and that we must work together

to achieve our goals

I Bring... BRIGHT yet BOLD ideas to the table and the team as we strive as a

unit to become successful in our endevors.

I'm... CUTE and COOL ( no explanation needed)!

I have... the DRIVE and the DESIRE to be #1 and help others around me aspire to reach higher goals as well as I can humbly accept help when I need it ( if I had the secret formula I would already be rich).

I will be... EFFECTIVE in all task and team related activities that are assigned

to me because I am a results oriented type of girl.

FAILURE is not an option! I have FAITH in myself, my mentors, my teammates

and God, that this Challenge will be lucrative and profitable and the whole team will experience crazy, mind boggling success and this is what I want to be a part of.

I am a... GO-GETTER I see what I want, I pursue it and subdue it. If you want something bad enough you can make it happen.

I will be... HONEST in my dealings with my mentors, teammate, clients, and most of all myself because truth starts within.

I am...INTRESTED in not only my dreams and goals but the group as a whole. I want to see my other 23 teammates have their dreams come true. It is very fulfilling

to all start out with nothing and achieve something great.

I have... a JOB! That's so lame. I don't want to make someone else rich and trade

my time for money. That's why I want to work hard for me and own my own business so that I can be financially, physically, mentally and spiritually free like I was predestined to be. That is why the MMM Challenge is so important to me because this is my vehicle to obtaining freedom.

I will... KEEP UP THE HARD WORK no matter how tired I am or no matter how difficult the challenge. No one wants to be labeled as a quitter.

I will... LISTEN to instructions, ignore the naysayers, and LEAVE all of the negative thoughts and past bad experiences with gurus behind me but never forgetting the important lessons I have learned to get me to this very point.

MONEY is not the only reward that I look forward to with the MMM Challenge,

but also learning to build a business, creating lasting friendships, networking to

benefit each other & partnering for profits ! YEA I'm there!!

NO ONE is going to work as hard and as dilligent as I am.

I will... OPEN UP MY MIND to new ways of doing things and creatively find

solutions to issues and problems that me or the team may be facing.

I will... PRIORITIZE my responsibilities so as not to waste any precious time.

I possess... QUAILTIES OF A GOOD LEADER. I am humble, a good listener,

I can give directions in a non-threatening manner, and I know how to follow directions. I'm not afraid to speak my mind or the truth and I am not afraid to be told the truth. I'm faithful, hard working, not easily intimidated. I know when to speak and when to keep quiet. I'm fair, impartial, I work well under pressure, I'm organized and systematic, I don't bite off more than I can chew, and I am a peacemaker.

I will...RESIST the temptation to get lazy or procrastinate (I'm a piecses), this can effect the whole team.

TOGETHER we can impact the world! U will love working with me as 1 of the 24 because I will utilize my theactrical backbround, my oratorical skills combined with a strong presence, my experiences, my education my resources and a VARIETY OF TALENTS that will be beneficial to the group so that we can dazzle the masses ...

My WORK ETHICS is off the hook I take this Challenge just as serious as I take my nursing career so thats serious. I bring something X-TRA SPECIAL to the team

Tonya,
I haved worked with you for a while now and you have always talked about making it big in realestate, but you really spelled it out in your blog. I could imagine you standing in front of me telling me all about this. You have more passion and drive for life and all your endevours than most people. I have become a fan. I know that if these folks don't pick you they will regret it in a year or two when you become their biggest competitor. To Rick, I am a nurse. I am working on my MSN degree and I have been in the field for over 25 years. Women like Tonya are rare. She draws people to her without effort. She makes you feel good about yourself just being around her. She inspires those around her to want to do more, be more and try harder. She works very hard and frequently does extra shifts to help out when staffing is low. Even when she is very tired she is never without a smile and a kind word for those around her. I honestly believe she is destined for greatness.

hi, im dariell her son if u dont pick my mom you will be extremely sorry all she do is work hard at everything she do she always talk about being rich off of real-a-state igo to sleep she praying an when iwake up she praying she gets me an my brothers anything we want if she have it iplay football she work hard to keep up my tution payments an my big brother college tution if u dont pick my mom you would regret it believe me i wouldnt choose no other person in this world be my mom thanks

I am a Respiratory Therapist that has the honor of working with Tonya every weekend. Everything she has said above is true! I don't think I have ever worked with somone who really truly goes above and beyond like Tonya does. She does not let anything get her down. I think that she is very deserving of one of the last spots in the program. She is one of my favorite people to work with. She is always willing to help out, always there when you need her and always positive. The last few weekends I have worked with Tonya she is always GLOWING when she talks about this once in a lifetime chance. I don't think you will find anyone else more willing and deserving to work hard at this program. (And have fun while doing it!) GOOD LUCK TONYA!

how you doin rick I am tonya's oldest son brandon and i feel that this would be a great opportunity for my mother and that she really deserves this.All she does is help people, even if she is down to her last she will give just to comfort someone else,it could be her closest frined or her closest enemy she doesnt like to see people suffer. she's a nurse and she takes her job seriously, she's pleasent, she not in it for the money she really cares for her patients, she works hard even when others aren't. my mother works very hard to put me through college and to put both my little brothers through school as well.My mother has tried countless real estate programs that haven't worked but she has never given up she still strives to do what she wants to do.So picking her would be a very smart decision on you and the teams behalf, because she wants success and she wants to see others prosper as well.

As you call tell from all the previous posts, Tonya is a very self-sacrificing person. She has a great heart, always cheerful, funny, willing to help, able to delegate and guide others. I have never heard her become angry or express harsh words to anyone, yet she knows how to effectively handle delicate or difficult situations. Now comes the time in our adult lives, after we have constantly given to others in many capacities, that we are able to do something for ourselves. Now comes the time to pursue other dreams and goals and fulfill our happiness. Happiness and joy and giving comes from within and it is important to nurture these qualities in ourselves as well as others. I have seen Tonya nurture this in others but not herself. She is very deserving of this opportunity and will be a valuable asset to the team. She will work hard as well as have fun doing it. I think the opportunity to pursue her dream is what is really driving her. She really needs to do something for herself but has constrained herself in her current job because she did not have the means. With this opportunity she could have the means as well as the talent to make her goals come true. I really enjoy working with her. I know everyone else will too! I am writing in response to a truly wonderful person, Mrs. Tonya Berry. I have known Ms. Berry for approximately 1.5 years. She and I met while working together at a healthcare facility. Upon meeting her, we had an instant connection. Tonya is just one of those people, that exudes positive energy and therefore, someone everyone wants to be around. She has a great work ethic, is a team player and knows how to include professional humor into her job. Tonya Berry has the best personality fit for this enviroment. My experience working with her has been wonderful and alot of fun. Her outgoing personality attracts just about everyone. She goes above and beyond in the healthcare field and I know she would be very successful at real estate. It would only be a disadvantage to your team to exclude Tonya and all she has to offer. Tony Berry and I have been friends for about 12 years. We are church and choir members together. Since the day I met Tonya, her goal has been to be successful. In everything she takes on, she goes full steam ahead. Wether it be family, school or life in gereral, Tonya always gives 150%. You can count on her in any situation to make it a success.

Tonya has wanted to excell in Real Estate since before I met her. This is alot of what she talks about on a daily basis. She has searched tirelessly to find just such a program such as this to help her get going. She's already started this journey and needs some assistance to get her going. I am praying that this opportunity has its door completely opened for her to continue to move forward.

She is excited and has fierce work ethics. She does everything with precision and executes at just the right time. I feel that Tonya will excell in Real Estate because she is a true people person. She does what is needed to be effective and finish a job. Tonya, is the type of person you want on your team. She is a go getter and very personable. Being an RN is not an easy job. It takes alot out of her when she can't watch a person get up and walk out of the hospital. Tonya is the type of person that goes above and beyond to help anybody. She will search for whatever it is you may need and find it for you. She is awesome and finding things. Research is a strong suit for her. She is great at it. I learned this about her while she was in Nursing school. She graduated in the top 10% of her Nursing class. I am so proud of her! She is continuing to further her education in whatever capacity she can. Real Estate is great opportunity for her as she will be able to continue to learn for her experiences and be able to help other in finding their dreams homes and business properties. Tonya, in my opinion, will be the most effective person in this program. She will excell and learn enough to be able to train others within a year and they will become successful too!
