I lost the count of how many times I heard : “The Real Estate Market is Bad. I Can’t and You Shouldn’t Get Into Real Estate Right Now…” LOL. This is funny isn’t it?

I agree that there are some challenges in real estate, but this is THE TIME TO BUY property. This is THE TIME THAT MILLIONAIRES are made!

In every market we will always find people who are buying properties and people who are selling properties. You just have to learn your game, know your market, and ACT. The grass is always greener on the other side of the fence until you climb the fence! So… get off the fence and start taking steps to achieve your goals!

Invest in your education, wisely, and realize that there’s always going to be something new, specially in today’s market where things are changing, fast, in the industry and on the Internet.

Information is great, but without action, you’re just a broke, smart person!

Write down action steps and stick to them.

Set up your schedule and follow through, consistently.

Have an accountability partner. Someone that would give you a little push when you need.

In other words. TAKE ACTION . That is the only way you are going to get somewhere.
