The truth is that, nothing in this world has been given
to me , I had to fight for everything , even my birth, the reason that I am
here today, was a fight .
I feel that no one on this
earth can tell me how to have a fighters attitude, I was born with one !
While most people will tell you how they have that fighters attitude, that I was born with , when the battle is really on, you will see most of them running away from their challenges like this guy .
On The Other Hand, You Would See Me Like Ali , Knocking Out My Challenges .
I know the type of people that you are looking to work with , and I know that I meet the two requirements with flying colors. As stated on my profile there is not one person on this Network that has more hustle ,drive and commitment than me.
I am one of the 24 students that you are looking to take to the next level , and just between the three of us , I have what it takes to be in the top 3 . I am willing to do what it takes, however long it takes , to show you that I do have the desire , and the commitment that you both are looking for .
You maybe asking what makes me think that I am the right person, that you're looking for ? Well, every since I was 17 years old I always wanted to run and control Real Estate. I can remember a time when ,
myself , and dad sat in a lady's house until 12am in the morning, talking to her about her house being in foreclosure ,and my dad telling this lady how he was going to help her , and her family get out of that situation .
I can still remember the look in the lady's face , and how she broke down crying , and began to thank both of us for coming to help her family. (Later he did get her out of that situation .)
This moment is when I knew that I wanted to do Real Estate for the rest of my life, because I saw the power that it had , and how it can be used to help people .
Me , I have no second business plan, if the Real Estate does not work out . Some people have a plan A (Real Estate) or plan B ( Stock Market) . I am a lifer , I'm not going anywhere.
With me it's either make Real Estate Work ,or keep trying again , again , and again , until I'm done trying , and start again . I really do look forward to the problems , and the agonizing frustrations that come along with being a successful entrepreneur, because I know that the more we are tested , and tried, the stronger , the better, the faster , and the more successful we will become .
On the road to success, nothing is given to you , you know this to be the facts , you had to work hard , long , and stressful days to get to where you are at now . I repect and will always repect people that have the desire and the commitment to go after what they want , and will not take any shorts in the process .
It would be an honor, to be able to work with you two, Rick and Danny .
The bottom line is that I have what it takes .
There are no doubts in my mind.
Most of the people doing the MMM challenge, really think that they are getting something for nothing , what most do not understand is that, while they may not be spending money ,
they will be spending something that most people will never give up , and that is their own comfort.
I heard a wise man say one time , if you are just willing to step out there , and stick your neck on the line more than most would , you'll get the wonderful experience of failing .
But from your failers , Oh what success you will find .
I have stuck my neck out there on the line , when I started my own business in Atlanta GA , most laughed , and told me that I did not know what I was doing .
I started it anyway, and I would not trade that experince in for anything, because I learned so much in the process. The business failed , but the lessons learned were invaluable. One of the big lessons I learned was ;
Where no counsel is, the people fall: but in the multitude of counsellers there is safety. (source; Proverbs Ch.XI v. 14 )
Another Big Lesson that I learned was , sometimes you need to lose , in order to win . ( Only when you think you know , and you don't know )
The most important lesson is , don't make it about the money , because if you do, you are going down the wrong path.
Love it or don't do it !
Real Estate investing is more than just about buying and selling properties , it's about the freedom and the life style that it can provide , anyone can learn the skills to invest in Real Estate , but the great ones in Real Estate , are influanced at an early age , or have a passion , a love , and want to do nothing else, if it does not involve Real Estate investing .
For me it's about providing and leaving my kids , kids wealth , and to fulfil my duties that my creator has blessed me with;

We meet in the Army and have been inseparable ever since.On our first date he was talking about doing real estate, and he hasn't stopped.
According to me no one has more drive, determination, and hustle than him.
I have seen him start up a company in Atlanta and it crashed and burned.
However, threw it all he remained positive and keep on pushing.
We even moved to Charlotte to start a new. I feel like this is the opportunity that I have been praying for ; so, that Anthony can put his talent to use and branch off on his own.
