by KayJ431 1 year agoI'm looking for investors to purchase a short sale with good numbers in Johnson County, Kansas - KC Metro! Great area surrounded by high end properties! 2-3 year time frame needed. This one is needing some quick action!

by Christy 1 year agoDid you hear about the new short sale law they just signed last month in Colorado? If you are a short sale buyer and you put the house under contract with a different buyer before you close AND that buyer buys the house from you within 14 days of you closing the short sale, you must disclose the end purchase price to both the bank and the seller.
Think that might blow up a few short sales? -

by Christy 1 year agoColorado changed it's short sales law in June. It is required that investors disclose the amount they are selling the house for to the bank and the seller if they resell within 14 days of close (and/or) go under contract with the end buyer before the deal is closed with the bank. I imagine that this will cause lots of short sales to blow up!
