by Christy 2 years agoMy goals, make offer to Mary. Call back duplex owner & see if I can work out a deal with him. Call 2 banks on a short sale. Finish packages for 2 other short sales. Get 4th short sale under contract. Review information for REO apartment buildings and write LOIs for them if they make sense... and hurry up and get the money just in case they accept! -
