Has anyone bought and used any wholesale education programs on the market? Anyone look at Eric Medemar or Steve Cook in the wholesale product category?

Thanks

Hey Adam,
I bought Eric Medemar's Ultimate Wholesaling 2.0 Course (It's NOT the Do This, Get Money System) for $97. I think it was definitely a comprehensive course for the price and had a couple of very interesting tactics. The only downside was that while researching his product before buying, I got on his mailing lists and some of the best tactics he had in his course, he had already sent to me for free as part of his promotional emails! Also, I was a bit skeptic when I saw that he had a "more advanced" wholesaling course (Do This, Get Money System) for sale for $297. I was afraid the Ultimate Wholesaling 2.0 course might be nothing but an upsell to the Do This, Get Money course. But the Ultimate Wholesaling course can definitely stand alone and is enough to get you up and running as a wholesaler. As Eric Medemar explained, " The Ultimate Wholesaling course included everything he knew at the time, and as a couple of years went by, he became more advanced in his wholesaling techniques, and decided to put out the Do This, Get Money system to include the new tactics he had learned and also to go over everything more in depth." Whether I believe that or not, overall, there was no fluff, and a lot of good information. I'm new to investing, and it really gave me a great look into the process of wholesaling. I also got some good bonuses when ordering, and overall am happy with my order. While it is true that you can find most of the information in his course online from searching on your own, at $97 , it's easier to just let him compile it for you! The one MAJOR thing that was lacking from the Ultimate Wholesale 2.0 course is a module on using websites to boost your business, SEO, and other things to do with your business having a web presence, but website how-to is in the Do This, Get Money system. In today's world, utilizing the web for your business is not an option, it's a must-have, and I wish the Ultimate Wholesaling 2.0 course would have devoted time to it. Also, the course is a digital course, but you are supposed to get a hard copy (CD) with the information on it sent out within 2-4 business days, and I still hadn't received it 2 weeks after my order date. I did call them, and they resent a copy promptly, which says good things about their customer service. I'm sorry this review is so long, I just wanted to give you all the information I had about the course! When I was researching before buying, I couldn't find many reviews for his products and I remember wishing that more people would have posted their honest opinions of the course. I hope this helps, and let me know if you do buy/already have bought, and what your opinion on the course is!
Thanks!
Britt
