Massive lender list
One of our office associates has
created a "Massive lender list" for real estate investors,
starting from a much smaller resource compiled by a mortgage
broker with 20 years experience. Not everything in there is a
great resource but there’s some excellent information in
there.
Send me your email address and I'll
send you a MASSIVE excel spreadsheet we've found extremely useful
in our investing. It’s got exhaustive lender/package information
compiled over 25 year career in mortgages and real estate
investing. Our associates have added quite a bit to it too and
it’s over a THOUSAND lenders of every kind (commercial, 100%, bad
credit, hard money, etc, etc) with names and contact info, and
what they do and don't do.
You can find a lender for almost anything (you'll fall short
sometimes too, that’s the truth) if you put in the calls. But if
you don't...you won't!
