Hope everyone is enjoying another awesome day in April. My name is Matt Stookey and I am an active investor living in Orange County, CA with my wife Alicia. I am almost 25 yrs old and consider myself extremely blessed to be surrounded by great people, awesome investing education and just overall grateful to be in this position already in our young lives.

I am the Green Investment Consultant with In The Now Investments. We are a group of young, fired up investors that's looking to be the leaders in the "green" initiatives with real estate investing. We just completed our 1ooth deal in 16 months and we're looking to expand into different markets at this time. Always looking to partner up and collaborate on deals.

I am interested in assisting others in achieving financial freedom while doing the same for myself and my family. This is such an incredible time to be involved with real estate, those that take action now are going to be sitting pretty in 5-7 yrs! Other interests are working out, sports and playing guitar. I play in the band Johnny Burns Whisky Rebellion (I have our songs up on my homepage here - check us out).

Overall goal in life is to make a difference in others lives. In order for that to happen, my life (and family's life) will be changed forever due to real estate investing and the freedom that it presents to us! A wise man once told me "you can't help people out of the ditch if you are down there with em".
