That's where the paperwork was.
That's where the opportunity was better to screw people.
Because that's what it said in the fine print.
That's where the law school was where their future competitors
outnumbered them 5 to 1.
Haha, just thought a little levity might be appropriate.
Let's all benefit from the amazing legal talent in Real Deal
Community and kick this topic and questions off..

On his way to court to sue the landlord who owned the large
apartment complex. Th attorney contacted one of the tenants and
asked him if if would like to get back to the landlord and make
some good money without costing him a cent. Why not? what do I have
to do ? Just make sure you have your neighrbor video tape you whie
you slip on the stairway and then go to your doctor and get a
medical report on how badly you were injured and that you would be
disabled for the rest of your life. We sue the landlord for $15
million but we will settle for $7.50 M and you get 60% or 4.5M.
That should be enough for you to live the high life and vacation in
the Caribbean where you can get a lot snorkling , and wate skiing
done.
Have you done anything like this before? I mean like suing?
Sure! I even named my daughter "Sue"
