Time Management Technique-
Thank you Danny for sharing some great ideaa to inprove efficiency of time management. I will adopt the idea into my business.

I immediately used 'automatic reminder" using my smart phone to remind me weekly task on certain dated. Once I hear the notice, I just do it and finish it. Do not need to think about it, that is the time blocking for the specific task for the week. Get them done and move on. I find this extremly effective for me.

I will also try out www.asksunday.com- very convenient way to hire assistance per hour used basis and no need to make huge comitment. I just had a little issue in my personal situtation, so I asked one of my friend's highschool kid to help me on some task. Delegation sureworks. I ask them to do posting on classified ads, research task to begin with.
