Sustainability consultant and real estate investment expert, Jim Simcoe, will be hosting a green real estate investment business seminar this September 18th and 19th in San Diego.
This event aims to help its participants learn how to cheaply turn any property green, leverage billions of dollars available in rebates and stimulus funds, understand the basics of green retrofits, and create a sustainable business that supports their values and communities. The seminar is open to anyone wishing to get involved in green real estate investment.
The event is split up over the course of two days, including a variety of information sessions, and will be hosted at the Catamaran Resort in San Diego.
Jim Simcoe, founder of Simcoe Consulting in Encinitas, CA, is a green business strategist, executive coach, and speaker. As an Energy Star Partner, Certified Green Building Professional, and EcoBroker, he helps organizations become green and shows clients how to take advantage of sustainability opportunities.
He teaches Green Business Operations at California State University, San Marcos and serves on the Board of Directors for the New World Leadership Children’s Academy (a flagship green school) in Encinitas, CA.
